We will once again be using YB (yellow brick) tracking for our GPS trackers and will continue to utilize USAC for scoring as we've been doing all year.
For drivers who have NOT registered online yet, both required options are a part of your check out process. It is required to have both.
For drivers who HAVE already registered online, we will send a separate communication with amounts and fees for you to sign off on and you won't have to place a separate order, just acknowledge the charges.
Fees and Charges for trackers:
Yellow Brick GPS Trackers
Rental fee $125
Replacement $600
Late fee of $50 if received after close of event
Late fee of $300 if received within 2 week of event.
Replacement fee of $600 charged after 2 weeks
USAC Scoring Transponders
Rental Fee $50
Late fee of $25 if received after close of event
Late fee of $50 if received within 2 weeks of event.
Replacement fee of $200 charged after 2 weeks.
VERY IMPORTANT. Here is the time sensitive part: We will begin assigning trackers and transponders to those who have ordered by end of day Friday, May 7th. If you have not pre-registered to race and reserved your transponders by then (Friday, May 7th), you will miss out on Qualifying and take a rear start as your transponder will be assigned onsite prior to the race, but not in time for Qualifying. VERY IMPORTANT.
